I have to say, Children’s National Hospital in DC is the one hospital in our area where every time I’ve been, I’ve felt entirely welcome and my care 100% prioritized—by the staff and doctors. And because of that, I’m especially excited about this donation! Health disparities are real and I hope as the hospital continues its work and goals to always give exceptional care from start to finish, that my #MorethanPeach Palette Packets/crayons also help serve as reminders to kids receiving them to “Be you. BRILLIANT”…and that no kid should be “disincluded” for being the human they’re intended to be. that’s the goal.
