Bellen Woodard Receives NCBW Rising Star Award - June 2020 by Qye Woodard

Thanks to the National Coalition of Black Women for awarding Bellen Woodard this year's Rising Star Award.  The Rising Star Award is awarded to one outstanding young person who has made an exceptional contribution to her communities and world and is changing lives.
